An Intellectual Rave
Imagine having a team of your web friends that you could interact with at the touch of a button. What a great social resource. Follow me here.
There are fun and great tools coming online like Seesmic and Twitter where a global network of people helps and cares for each other. Let’s take that concept one step further.
Instead of sending a message and then waiting for a response or having to be all setup to record a video and then wait for someone to be as setup to respond. What if we had a collaborative online application that allowed us to have all our friends connected in the background and when you needed help you could post a request.
Friends that answered could take the conversation to a room where participants could be connected by text, audio or video, whichever was easiest for them at the time. Friends that spotted the ongoing room and question could jump in as well. None of this would be archived.
A community white board and file sharing mechanism would be at hand as well so friends could openly and easily communicate and when the idea or question was over, they disperse. Also one window on the dashboard that allowed one person to pull up a website so others sould see it, maybe as reference information or the topic of discussion.
Think of it like an intellectual rave.
