Mobile Pizza Restaurant

Many businesses have gone successfully mobile these days. From food vendors to an internet café and now a pizza maker.

With a bit of investment you can take a great idea like the 1946 International Harvester Pizza Parlor on wheels at BigGreenTruckPizza and modify the concept to fit your local market.

Their traveling traditional brick fired pizza oven roams around on the back of the truck. People lover pizza and pizza is a great food product to sell because the ingredients to make a good pizza can have a relatively low cost per unit sold.

This idea might be especially tasty in places where there are fairs, markets, or town centers where a low cost food product would stand out.

Not that long ago I was traveling in Split, Croatia where this guy was selling something on the side of the road from a stand that had a big ear of corn sign on it. I thought it was going to be some local corn specialty. Nope, a boiled ear of corn, and man was that hot. There was even a line for it.

If a cool mobile pizza truck was there along the street, there would have been a much bigger line there. Imagine going from village to village and stopping in the same village on the same night of each week. Every Monday is village A, Tuesday is Village B, etc. Weekdays, during the day, you could setup closer to some businesses or in the local market.

The mobile pizza place also allows you to take you business home at night for greater security as well.

This idea was generously donated by Steve. As a thank you for the donation of the business idea this site and the Myvesta Foundation have helped to fund the business of entrepreneur Kouma Akpodoku.
