Logo Branded Caskets and Urns
It may seem strange at first glance but many people would like to demonstrate their loyalty to a particular football team, university or a members association. But fans are loyal to the end, and beyond, and what could be more comforting that being wrapped for all eternity in your favorite team colors? Ah well, maybe being not dead, but that’s a bigger issue.
A business that could offer branded funerary products such as coffins and urns would appeal to a number of passionate and brand loyal individuals. In 2006, over 500,000 people passed away in the UK alone. This is an idea to refresh a predominantly static but large ‘market’.
How many people do you know that have said “When I pass away I want my funeral to be fun.” What could be more fun that a Real Madrid casket or a Liverpool Red or Everton Blue urn for your ashes? I know, a Manchester United coffin.
One company in the U.S. is coming out with a limited selection of Star Trek and Major League Baseball funerary products to look at as an example of this idea.
