Rent Your Busy Office For Show

Home OfficeWhen people start out in business they want more established firms to take them seriously. While working from home is great, for the newbie just starting out it’s not going to give them the confidence boost that potential big contract clients will want if they want to come to visit the office.

So people turn to renting shared office space and there are many benefits for doing this but it does not give you the image coefficient that you are looking for. No matter how you slice it, it is still shared office space.

However, if you had an established busy office you could charge a flat rate rental fee to a small or home-based business so they could meet with their important clients or customers at your office from time to time.

A real office environment is much different than a shared office atmosphere. For one thing, a real office tends to have larger areas, more cubicles and just more movement and action happening.

If you needed to meet a client at your “busy” office you could call a day ahead, have them put your little sign by the front door and then meet the client there. It could work. I’ve actually heard about people that hired temps for a day and borrowed an office so they could impress a major client with an office.
